  • Argument toggle question

Is there a way to assign two arguments to the same address? I need to toggle DSK ON / OFF AIR on Atem switcher using the same controller key. I cannot figure out how to do this.

    I am sending this: /atem/dsk/on-air/1 [0 to +] :1
Then pushing the same button key second time I would like to send this: /atem/dsk/on-air/1 [0 to +] :0

This way I imagine I could togle using one key. Any help is higly appreciated.

    Thanks!

      Hi naottila,

How did you solve your problem?

What controller do you use to drive the Atem switcher?

      Best,

        Please see the file. Atem_DSK_toggle.zip

Having figured out this, I purchased this great piece of software

For now I have used a Wiimote I had at home. But I will use BCF2000 and X-Touch I have at my office. Since it snows and I'm lazy, I'll try the MIDI controlers tomorow. I wanted to understand how things are working.

I hope the command source (Wii / MIDI / whatever) does not really matter in my scenario. Instead of the Wiimote I'll have a MIDI controler.

OSCulator connects to Atem through atemOSC, by Daniel Buchele.

Please see the screen captures. Keep in mind that atemOSC does not send back anything as a result or these commands. For others, like /atem/transition/cut [0 to +] :1 it sends back the whole status of program / prev channels.
