Red Flagged Targets

I have 7 various OSC targets in my project file, two of which (coincidentally both Samsung Galaxy Tab 3s) don't appear to become active, except intermittently. E.g. when I load the TouchOSC file on the device.

Osculator receives messages from both these devices without a problem. Is there a known issue with this particular device?

Have you tried keep TouchOSC open?
What happens?

I am not familiar with how Zeroconf works on Android (what's used to do device discovery on the network).
