Midi CC Value Question

Hi!? ?I did a search for this on the forum but could not find the answer...

I want Osculator to send out a Midi CC, both CC number and a specific value.

i.e. for instance Controller 7, and the value of 2, or 4, or 18, or whatever (some specific value between 0 and 127).

How do I do this?

I can see how to do it with midi notes, but not with midi controllers?
