2 push buttons - same MIDI note - different velocities: possible???

Hi,

I am trying to set up some push buttons to trigger keyswitches in Electri6ity.

Unfortunately they have layered some of the keyswitches so that there are 2 switches on the same key depending on how hard you hit the key.

Is it possible to set up 2 push buttons that play the same MIDI note but at different velocities?

ie:
push button 1 --- G0 with Velocity = 10
push button 2 --- G0 with Velocity = 120

Hi,

Here's a tip to do this easily :

- select your button messages and duplicate them (Command-D)
- for each button, first assign a MIDI Note / Channel Velocity event
- for each button, now assign a MIDI Note event with the note G0
- switch to Scalings Page (Command-F) and change the Output Max value for both Channel Velocity events to 10 and 120.
