how can i use touch osc as ribbon controller for "irig key" midi keyboard controller?

hello
i really appreciate if someone solves my problems.
i use "irig keys2 pro" as midi controller and connected it to ios "garageband" using iphone7 and every thing work perfectly.
now i want to use touch osc on my iphone to control parameters such as cc11 and pitch bend for garage band on my iphone while playing with "irigkeys2 pro"
here is the setting i did but nothing is sending to iphone.
