Button activation from Midi sent by Reaper

Hi there,
i'm trying to activate a butto on TouchOSC by sending a midi CC message from Reaper.
The midi connection is working: if I'll send a CC message from TouchOSC Reaper responds but not viceversa.
Midi Scope displays that midi CC messages sent by Reaper are received from the midi inteface I'm using with TouchOSC.
So it might be a TouchOSC configuration problem...

I just want that the button looks like "pressed" but doesn't send any Midi message when activated from Reaper.
I'm going to use it as "signal" for live situation.
I actually don't know if it is possible...
