Bug? Notepad doesn't reopen.

Notepad opens a first time, but if closed, does not reopen.
Also, this is per document - so any other OSCulator documents also display the same behaviour.
i.e. Notepad opens and closes just once on any active OSCulator document.

Using OSCulator 3.2.2
