  • Wii board pressure trigger

Hi all, I'm quite new to the software, but am coping quite nicely with it.

However one thing that i cant seem to get my head around is an idea that had. Basically i'm wondering if its possible to control a modwheel on a synth (Using ableton) by applying a certain amount of pressure on say the bottom left section of the wii board...

Example: i have my foot off the board. the modwheel is zero, i then apply a bit of pressure and it starts to raise. and when i take my foot off it goes back to zero. Kind of like a guitar pedal.

I'm a bit lost on how to go about doing it, or can it be done at all?

    Thanks

    Hi Max,

What about assinging a Pitchbend event to the bottom left sensor of the board?
You can access the Pitchbend event in the MIDI Note event type.

    Best Regards,
    Camille
