  • osculator + touch osc to control ableton live 8

Hello I'm using the touch osc app in my ipad, and the osculator to translate data to midi so i can map the controls to live... But I cant manage to map an ableton auto filter to an X/Y in the touch osc....

When I send the data of the x/y to osculator it gives me the ability to set two diferent midi channels to x and y... but when i try to map them in ableton it will only recognize one... Does anyone know how to do this??

    Thank you!

Hi cam, Thank you with this links i managed to get it working!

But i read in one of them that you can reset the fader when using Z messages and you lift your finger! How could you do this with an X/Y? so that it turns off and it also goes back to original position?

      Thank you!

Hi cam great tutorial there, Now i can make the x/y reset to the down/left corner in ableton live... but i cant make it go back in the touch osc.
I also tried with the file you have on the tutorial and it didnt seem to work... if you move the x/y it doesnt go back to middle as intended in the tutorial... Any help with this??

Thank you very much for all your support!
