  • osculator not seeing my iphone!

running touchosc on my iphone4, i just made a custom control set up in the touchosc editor and i now want to map the set up to ableton. got the layout set up on the iphone, and the tutorial video i watched he just touched his buttons then osculator populated its list with the controls. the version i installed keeps trying to connect to a wiimote, i obviously need it to work with touchOSC on the iphone. what should i do?

    Hi Dan,

That's easy but not obivous I guess: open the Wiimote drawer, and click on the button "Stop Pairing".
OSCulator will remember your choice and won't launch the pairing process.

I'll try to improve that and make the choice more obvious in the future.

    Best,
    Cam

I forgot to add that you should configure TouchOSC so it sends messages to OSCulator.
When you launch TouchOSC, go in the OSC settings. Launch OSCulator on your computer, and back your iPhone, select the item that just appeared. Then you can run your layout and you will see messages getting registered in OSCulator.
