  • New to Osculator, help with wacom midi assignment

    Hi,

I am new to the Osculator program and I am trying to map a wacom intuos 4 tablet to be a midi controller in Protools.

Essentially what I am trying to do is set the X axis to function like a keyboard from left to right and set the y axis as pitch control. So far I haven't had much luck with getting to work in protools at all but I am able to get it to work in Logic.

Any help would be wonderful, and sorry if this has already been posted I searched the forum but couldn't find a solution.

Also is there a way to map midi drum sets to certain areas of the tablet?

    Hi DrakePirate,

I am sorry I haven't much experience at using OSCulator with Pro-Tools. I think I remember a thread on this forum that the record button must be enable for MIDI message to reach the virtual instrument.

    See: http://www.osculator.net/forum/threa...ull=1#post6685

Please let me know if that helped.

    Best,
    Camille
