cannot find folder for OSCulator .bundle for Logic 9

Hi,

For use with Logic 9 the manual says:

Copy the file "OSCulator.bundle" into one of the following directories:

• ~/Library/Application Support/MIDI Device Plug-ins
• /Library/Application Support/MIDI Device Plug-ins

I run Mac OSX 10.7.4, and cannot find that folder! Where is it?

I should have mentioned that already but you must create the folder if it does not exist.
