  • Enable a Wiimote with another one

    Hello,

First, sorry for my English, i'm French ^^

I want to create some animations for a children's summer camp. Quiz, games with sound interactions…

So, for one of them, I use the Wiimotes as buzzers. When a player press the A button, it makes disable the others Wiimotes. Ok for this step !

Now, i want to reactivate the Wiimotes by pressing the A button of my Wiimote (i'm the game master ). My problem is…
When i choose the event "Enable Wiimote" by pressing my A button it enables BUT disables the Wiimotes when i release it .

I tried with split and demux but it doesn't work… It should work with a "Enable toggle Wiimote" ^^...

    Thanks for your help !!

    Hi wyskiki,

Don't worry your english is far enough to be understood.

OSCulator is designed to act as a bridge, in this case between the Wiimote and another program.
I would recommend that you implement the logic you describe in PureData (free) or Max.

Rafael Hernandez has wonderful tutorials on PureData and Open Sound Control, take a look at episode 25 (you can also watch previous episodes to learn about PureData in general).

    Best,
    Cam
