        Thank you.
To me it seems that either :
        - another software has installed a kernel extension that interferes with OSCulator
        - you have previously used a (very) old version of OSCulator that has installed a kernel extension that is no longer needed and causes problems.
        - the Bluetooth stack on your system is corrupted,
        - or finally, the Bluetooth adapter is faulty.

As you can see these are all quite exceptional cases.
I might be able to help you in more details if you send an Apple System Profile to camille@osculator.net.
To do this, click on the Apple menu, choose About This Mac... while holding the Option key pressed. Then save and send the file.

        Best,
        Camille

Do you press buttons 1&2 to connect your Wiimote?

update: sorry, just saw you said you were pressing the red button.

            Hello,

I can't see anything that wuold indicate a problem with your computer or OS.
Is your Wiimote is a Nintendo genuine?

            Best,
            Camille

I'm pretty sure it is a generic model. Do you suspect that is the problem?

I thought you might spot something I'm doing wrong if you were to see a screen record of me attempting to pair the wi remote.
