  • Trouble with Osculator, Ableton and Lemur

    Hi,
I am so close to setting up my project but I have run into a little snag. I am using Osculator to route messages from my iPad/Lemur (OSC) to Ableton (Midi) and vice versa. My issue is I need to launch a clip in Ableton that will send a message to Lemur to trigger a pad (which will change tabs in a container), but I cannot figure out how to do that.
At this point, I am able to see the Lemur's Pad output in Osculator and I can see the midi data (clip) coming in from Ableton as well. I am not sure what to do next. I see I can have an incoming message enable/toggle, etc... other events in Osculator, but I can't figure out how to make it actually trigger the Lemur Pad event. Is this possible? Is it the best solution? Or is there another/better way?

    Thanks in advance,

    Pkat

Okay, I got the tabs working now. The thing I was missing was the IP address setup in the Parameter window. I am having issues now with getting feedback from Ableton Drumrack. New Thread!
